Participants’ Tour Contract - Omni International Air (PDF version)
Each of our customers must agree to this contract before Vacations-Hawaii will accept payment for travel. This is easily accomplished when you book through our online reservation system. If you wish, you may also review or print out this contract for your records.

Membership Agreement (PDF version) – Required for creating an on-line account with Vacations-Hawaii. You may print this version for your records.

BoydRewards (PDF version) - A program designed to reward repeat customers of Vacations-Hawaii Las Vegas Charters.

Request an Exit Row Seat (PDF version) – If you wish to be assigned to exit-row seating, you’ll need to fill out this form in advance and submit, fax or mail it to Vacations-Hawaii as soon as possible. No exit-row seating can be assigned until this Waiver has been received.

Charter Package Cancellation Policy (PDF version) – Before cancelling a reservation, please review our policy to see if you are eligible for a refund.
